The arbitration shall be conducted in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India in English language before a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement between the parties. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Instead, any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the court located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue.
